Austin Neal began his journey in the treatment industry as a Behavioral Health Technician while earning his SUDRC. With a lifelong interest in achieving optimal health and supporting others in becoming the best versions of themselves through body and mind, working in treatment was a natural fit for him. His true passion lies in helping others grow in their recovery while serving as a supportive leader to his staff. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Austin has gained strong insight into how to ensure daily operations run effectively and efficiently from a business standpoint.
