Business Development Executive & ICADC-II
Alex Hall serves as Business Development Executive for New Leaf Detox & Treatment, bringing more than seven years of experience across clinical care, operations, admissions, utilization review, and leadership within behavioral healthcare. His background includes roles as a house manager, operations manager, drug and alcohol counselor, Director of Utilization Review, Admissions Director, Business Development Director, Executive Director, and Chief Operating Officer.
Alex is an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (ICADC-II), giving him a strong clinical foundation alongside his operational and leadership experience. At New Leaf, he uses that broad perspective to build relationships, represent the organization within the treatment community, and support the standards of care and culture that shape the client experience.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling for downhill mountain biking and skiing. He is also working toward certification as an open water rescue scuba diver and enjoys spending time with his partner and his blue nose pit bull, Benny. Read more about Alex’s success story here.
