Drake Coomer serves as Chief Operating Officer of New Leaf Detox & Treatment, where he helps guide organizational operations, program development, and the overall quality of the client experience. With more than six years of experience in behavioral healthcare, he brings a strong background in addiction treatment, program leadership, and clinical operations.
Drake is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II) and has built his career around helping treatment programs deliver structured, compassionate, and effective care. Originally from Kentucky, he moved to California to further his work in the addiction treatment field and has since taken on increasingly senior leadership roles.
At New Leaf, Drake works closely with clinical and operational teams to support consistent standards of care, strengthen internal systems, and create an environment that supports long-term recovery. His leadership also extends to alumni engagement and maintaining a program culture centered on accountability, connection, and continued growth.
