Director of Case Management
Jonathan I. Poyer is the Director of Case Management at New Leaf Detox & Treatment, where he helps clients navigate the practical and personal needs that can arise throughout addiction treatment. His experience in both direct care and program leadership gives him a well-rounded perspective on how case management can support continuity, communication, and long-term recovery planning.
Jonathan entered the behavioral health and substance use treatment field in 2018 as a House Manager and Behavioral Health Technician. After gaining extensive frontline experience, he advanced into supervisory and management roles, including Program Supervisor and Program Manager at a mental health and substance use treatment facility in Orange County.
He is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC-II) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). At New Leaf, Jonathan brings his clinical knowledge, leadership experience, and client-focused approach to the case management process, helping ensure clients have support as they move through treatment and prepare for the next stages of recovery. Originally from Oahu, Hawai’i, he continues to pursue professional growth within the addiction treatment field.
